Element Residence

Considering the price, the room was very good. By no means 5 star but it was exactly what I wanted, clean and comfortable. The reception staff could do enough for you and would always ask if there was anything I needed, whether additional cleaning or simply advice on the local area and things to do. The bed was very comfortable with clean pressed cotton linen and duvet. The rooms all had underfloor heating, which was much appreciated during my November stay. There are two air conditioners/heaters, one in the open plan room and one in the bedroom. I was on the 6th floor (602), and I had excellent city views. The kitchen units did have a little wear & tear but were completely functional. Overall, great value for money and an excellent location with numerous bars, cafes and restaurants within 2 minutes walk. FYI, the hotel sits on top on 3 kebab shops, the one immediately to the left as you walk out of the hotel was my favourite.

The location was very good and very colse to Taksim square and Esteklal street with lots of resturants and grociery shops around. The staff were very nice. Especially we are grateful to Ali for his help.

The apartment is conveniently located right in front of the main road, making it easy to access public transport or a taxi at any time of the day in any direction. It is spacious and equipped with all the essentials you may need for a comfortable stay. Istaqlal street is just at 5 min walk so is the Taksim square. The guy named Ali, sitting in the reception is very friendly and helping person, others are of course. They are always ready to assist. The lift starts from the first floor, but you won’t have to worry about carrying heavy luggage—there’s always someone available to help. Overall in the price range is the best you can get in Istanbul.

The property itself was amazing. Everything was clean and it was so spacious with everything we needed. There was a safety deposit safe for no extra cost, as well as AC in both the bedroom and the main living room. The location was perfect - there are so many food places right below the apartments, and Taksim Square is a 5 minute walk away. The whole area is always alive, especially at night. There is a bus stop right outside the property, and there is a metro service near to Taksim Square. We easily travelled to Fatih and Sultanhamet this way, but it could be walked as well (however walking back will be uphill which may be difficult). The reception staff were super helpful too, answering all our questions and offering advice. We would definitely stay here again and I would 100% recommend it.

Everything was amazing! It's more than ample space for two people. Very clean and tidy apartment. Very clean bathroom, especially. It is easily accessible by public transport, really close to Taksim Square. The facilities were absolutely great, especially the soundproof windows. We heard zero noise from the street during our entire stay. We wanted for nothing while staying at the Element Residence. Last but not least, THE STAFF IS AMAZING! The entire team at Element Residence is extremely professional and beyond polite. They will go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable during your stay. It was an absolute pleasure staying here. Will definitely stay here whenever we visit again!
